1. Shipping Locations
🚚 We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.
🚀 International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipping Fees
✔ Standard Shipping Fee: 18 AED (applies to all orders)
✔ Express Shipping: Additional charges apply (if available)
✔ Free Shipping: Currently not available due to budget constraints
📌 Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
💰 COD orders require payment in cash upon delivery.
📌 Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as drivers may not carry change.
⚠ Multiple COD order refusals may lead to restrictions on future orders.
5. Order Processing & Tracking
📌 Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
📌 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
📌 Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS (if available).
6. Delays & Unforeseen Issues
We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:
✔ High demand periods (sales, promotions, public holidays)
✔ Weather conditions or natural disasters
✔ Unexpected supply chain disruptions
📌 If your order is delayed, our customer support team will notify you with updates.
7. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
✔ If your order is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or building security.
✔ If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at queries@trendifico.com within 48 hours for assistance.
✔ TrendiFico is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
8. Returns & Replacements
✔ We do not offer refunds.
✔ If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
